BeetleCat’s Taco Luau is BACK! Embrace the pre-Independence Day summer vibes at BeetleCat on Tuesday, July 3, from 2 to 8 p.m., for a beachside vacation takeover featuring chef Andrew Isabella’s pig roast + a special menu, set to live DJ beats. Lounge in the Den, upstairs above deck or on one of our newly renovated patios with refreshing punch specials or a cold beer.
Menu highlights include caja china pig with beachside-inspired taco fixins’: pineapple kimchi, Hawaiian potato salad, chipotle lime slaw, sauce diablo, street corn and black bean salsa.
