For all you soccer enthusiasts & the bandwagoneers, we spent a little time rounding up some info to help you drink and cheer your teams in the best soccer spots Atlanta has to offer.  We also broke it down by neighborhood because we know how anal ITP people get when they have to drive more than 2 miles to drink.  So here it goes...




Fado Irish Pub

Fado’s Kicks off The World Cup tournament this Thursday, June 12th with Brazil v Croatia playing at 4pm.  They will have special Heineken promotions, predictor games and prizes up for grabs all month long.  The tournament always attracts a great crowd and a rowdy atmosphere to make any soccer fan feel at home no matter what country you support.   Fadó will show all 64 matches live, plus daily replays of the top matches.  Game Day predictors:  Accurate game day predictors can score you prizes.  Instagram contest from June 7 - July 13: Snap and share photos on Instagram @fadoirishpub and tag #fadogram for a chance to win $100 gift card weekly.   Specially priced World Cup menu with appetizers and lunch options paired with featured beers & happy hour specials are offered during specified times noted on their website.

Enjoy every match live on one of their 17 foot HD projectors with audio.  For specials, Ri Ra is offering $3.00 Bud and Bud light commemorative World Cup 16 oz pints, $5 Grey Goose melon mules, and have brought in different beers from the World Cup nations.

Brookhaven Park

Atlanta Soccer Fest

A unique way to watch games and give back to your community, Atlanta Soccer Fest will host their 2nd World Cup viewing party Sunday, June 22nd.  This is an all-day family friendly event beginning at 7:15am with a 5k run.  Watch Russia vs. Belgium at 12:00 PM, South Korea vs. Algeria at 3:00 PM & USA vs. Portugal 6:00 PM on an 11x17 LED screen in the park.  Sweetwater will be on hand making sure all the fans have enough to drink and some of Atlanta’s best food trucks will be on hand as well, which include Palookaville, Olde Dog, Urban Taali, Mac the Cheese, One Love Truck, Doggy Dog & Meatball Bar.  VIP Patios are available which include complementary Smoke Ring BBQ, Purity Vodka Drinks, SweetWater beer, Whynatte drinks and wine sampling from Brookhaven Wines.  Come out and enjoy the summer weather in Brookhaven and be part of one of largest viewing parties in the city!  There is no admission fee & all proceeds go to Keep Kickin, a nonprofit which donates to blood cancer research and patient outreach right here in Atlanta.

Little Five Points

Brewhouse Cafe

The Brewhouse is considered Atlanta’s premier soccer pub by most & will again be the place to be in the Little Five Points Area starting Thursday! The Brewhouse, will be showing all 64 games and will have one of the largest and loudest viewing parties  Monday, June 16th for the USA vs Ghana @6pm.  Beer & food will be plentiful here with the additions of two outdoor beer tents that will be set up in the parking lot.  Get there early this place will be standing room only & parking will be a bitch.

Virginia Highlands

Diesel Filling Station

Diesel Filling Station in Virginia Highlands will be raising money for Soccer in the Streets all month long for the World Cup! $1.00 from every Bud Light sold will be donated to the organization, along with special jerseys being sold, raffles, and other contests throughout the month.  Soccer in the Streets is a local Atlanta Non-Profit organization and proceeds will benefit their work with the Atlanta Public Schools’ Middle School Soccer League.   Along with 64 games being shown here there will be special events during the World Cup which include the opening match between Brazil v Croatia on June 12 at 4pm, Soccer Saturday on June 14, the first USA match coinciding with Diesel’s 6th Anniversary on June 16, cookout & tailgate party ahead of USA v Portugal on June 22  at 5pm.

Der Biergarten

All 64 games live thru the duration of the world cup.  This will hands down be the German clubs bar.  They will be offering $8 Warsteiner liters.  Receive a raffle ticket with every Warsteiner purchase for a chance to win 2 round trip tickets to Europe.

East Atlanta

The Elder Tree

The Elder Tree Pub will be opening an outdoor beer garden with all the amenities including a big screen TV with audio, & daily raffles and giveaways.  Live bands will be performing on weekends after the matches to keep the party rolling.  Specials include all Sweetwater beers, Magner’s Cider, Jack Daniel’s and well drinks for $4. Food specials for $4 as well.
